Hiring our Studio:

Cancellation policy:

 

Our cancellation policy is outlined on all booking confirmation emails as well as throughout the booking process, and is as follows:

Our booking system runs on a pre-payment basis, meaning the entire price of our studio booking is expected to be paid straight up. From then, you may choose to amend the booking or cancel via your online account that is created through our booking system.

If the studio booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the booking commences then 15% of the hire price will be deducted from the refund.

If the studio booking is cancelled more than 24 hours, the entirety of the payment will be refunded back to your account, and you will be emailed a receipt of this transaction.

Terms and Conditions:

Before booking with Gym Nation Ltd. (further referred to as 'us'), Clients (further referred to as 'you') should read these Terms & Conditions carefully. If you are unable to agree with the Terms & Conditions, you must not Book or attend the services offered by Gym Nation. If, however, you agree to the Terms & Conditions unconditionally, you may Book and attend the services offered by us, subject always to these Terms & Conditions. Booking or attending classes/workshops/rehearsals held in Gym Nation's Dance Studio shall indicate your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. Gym Nation Ltd. may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended Terms & Conditions on the website without warning. The version of the Terms & Conditions that applies to the services offered by Gym Nation shall always be the version enforced at the time the services offered by Gym Nation were booked.

As a potential Client of Gym Nation, we require you to follow these Terms & Conditions. Gym Nation has the right to terminate your booking at any time if any part of this agreement is breeched. In the case of such an event you, the Client, are not eligible for a refund of any paid services with Gym Nation. 

 

Liability Waiver:

For instructors/teachers:

By booking Gym Nation's Dance Studio you agree to hold appropriate Public Liability insurance. 

 

I understand and agree that in participating in/running any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or any other use of Gym Nation’s Dance Studio, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me or anyone partaking in a class/rehearsal/activity that I am holding, during any activity taking place in the Dance Studio.

For those partaking in external/internal classes held in Gym Nation’s Dance Studio:

 

I (the "Client") understand and agree that in participating in any dance class, workshop, rehearsal, or any other use of Gym Nation’s Dance Studio, there is a possibility of physical injury. I voluntarily agree, therefore, to assume all risks and responsibility for any such injury or accident, which might occur to me during any activity taking place in the Dance Studio.  I also exempt, release, and indemnify Gym Nation Ltd. its owners, volunteers, assistants, employees, contractors, guest artists, and/or faculty members from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, or injury, to me or my property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in any classes or activities conducted or held by Gym Nation. I further hereby voluntarily agree to waive my rights to hold Gym Nation, its owners, employees, contractors, and/or faculty members liable for such damage, loss, or injury. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them.

 

Permission is granted to use photographs of members/individuals partaking in classes for publicity purposes.
