Ewan has a background in Sport Science and Strength and Conditioning, having graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a first class degree, before entering the health and fitness industry professionally.

He has worked with the elite and non-elite, with the most notable being a World Bronze Medalist and GB champion Kickboxer and his numerous non-elite client wins along the way.

He is also an active Exercise and Health Science Researcher with his current PhD Research looking into the effects of prolonged sitting on movement competency and range of motion, and thus, his approach is heavily evidence driven.

Ewan’s training is influenced by Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strength and Conditioning practices, which is reflected in his and his clients training.
