I've spent the last 5 years mastering my bodyweight through calisthenics, and along the way have coached over 30 people both in person and online to achieve the same thing. I am by no means gifted - when I started out I was overweight and could barely do a pull-up and a handful of push-ups. Since then, I've competed 3 times in different calisthenics events & competitions, unlocked feats of strength I never thought possible, built the body of my dreams and created a global online coaching business where I teach people from all walks of life how to build their dream physiques and unshakable confidence through calisthenics...all whilst working a corporate job!
