I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade, so have seen many trends come and go. However, this doesn't stop me from increasing my knowledge to pass onto my clients to further enhance their progress and experience in their fitness journey.

I feel incredibly fortunate to work with my clients, who are of all fitness levels. My expertise in strength training comes from my own personal expereince as a competative powerlifter. Like my clients, I too am striving to constantly improve and this helps me to build strong supportive relationships with my clients. The advice and training I give comes from lived experience, especially when helping poeple to get into resistance training and improve on their current goals. Let's grow together!
